The 5 Day Bliss Challenge

I was out to dinner with my family and I was just sitting there, staring at my glass. It was the kind of stare that looked like I was hypnotized. I probably was! I'm surprised no one said anything to me. I was looking so hard at this glass and thinking "is it half full or is it half empty"?

Then something just snapped and thought you know what, there's plenty in there and even if it does start to get empty, the waitress will bring me some more. The point of this story is that we can make the choice to be happy. We just need to decide that's what we're gonna be and act on it.

Happiness isn't something you magically win, like winning the lottery. It's not something you can just wish for. It's something that you need to work towards, some days more than others. That's how the 5 Day Bliss Challenge was born!
