Hi, I’m Kirsten.
Having suffered from depression and anxiety my entire life, I was determined to not let these illnesses ruin my life one more day. Over the last few years, I architected the Bliss Mastery program which has allowed me to conquer depression and anxiety, despite coming from a long line of family mental illness. How long until I start to see or feel results?
The first few weeks will probably be the toughest as we do some seriously deep digging and soul cleansing. You will definitely start to see a change in that first few days. In weeks 2 and 3, you’ll feel significant changes that others will probably start to notice as well.
What is expected of me?
The program is laid out with daily training. This is because we need to beef up the neuroplasticity so we can “reboot” your brain. This takes daily work to create new habits that are replacing old bad habits. But these tasks are small and totally manageable even in the busiest of lifestyles.
What kind of time commitment will this be?
The daily training times vary. These do not take very long and will probably only take about 20-30 minutes per day.

Can’t I just read some self-help books and get better by myself?
Sure you can try this if you haven’t already. The majority of people I work with have already tried this route and found that it does not give them near the results that this program can.
Does this program replace a therapist?
Short answer, no. I’m not a licensed therapist and this program is not intended to replace help from a physician or medication if that is something you need. It completely depends on the person and what stage they are at in their life. However, this program can be extremely successful in conjunction with current therapies you may be implementing.
Eventually, the answer can change to yes. As our goal is to get healthy enough so you won’t need to see a therapist as often or take medication. You’ll be able to use the skills you learn in this program for the rest of your life.

What if I’m already overstressed?
This program is designed for people who suffer from anxiety and depression, so it’s very tentative not to overwhelm with you with too much. The point of this program is to help you find peace so you no longer feel overstressed. It teaches you the techniques you need so you can avoid the overwhelm that leads to anxiety. This program also gives you that jolt you may need when depression hits and you really don’t feel like doing anything.
