5 Day Bliss Challenge
I was out to dinner with my family and I was just sitting there, staring at my glass. It was the kind of stare that looked like I was hypnotized. I probably was! I’m surprised no one said anything to me. I was looking so hard at this glass and thinking “is it half full or is it half empty”?
Then something just snapped and thought you know what, there’s plenty in there and even if it does start to get empty, the waitress will bring me some more. The point of this story is that we can make the choice to be happy. We just need to decide that’s what we’re gonna be and act on it.
Happiness isn’t something you magically win, like winning the lottery. It’s not something you can just wish for. It’s something that you need to work towards, some days more than others.
Here’s why I decided to do this. Since happiness is a choice we make every single day, I want to challenge you to get happy on your own terms. Over the coming days, I’ll inspire and encourage you to make a choice each day to be happier.
It takes time and daily conscious decisions to change habits and how we approach life. That’s where the challenge comes into play. You’ll get daily actionable steps. And the bonus is that it’s only 5 days, so it’s totally doable.
